These General terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties

Service description

VolunTeens is a platform created by a mini-buisness (not elegible to request TVA) enabling students to take part in short assignments and organisers to guarantee the success of each event.

Registration and access to services

For students registration is made on the platform by creation of an account.

Volunteens reserves the right to refuse an account in the event of non-compliant behaviour.

For organisers registration is made, if an agreement between VolunTeens and the event in question occurs.

Requirements for using the platform

By using this platform, users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Ownership

The content, branding, and materials published on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks related to VolunTeens, are the property of VolunTeens unless otherwise stated.

The main image used on the homepage is not an original creation by VolunTeens. While the original source could not be identified, it is used for illustrative purposes only. We do not claim ownership of this image and will replace it upon request from the rightful owner.

However, the underlying platform and e-commerce infrastructure are provided by Ecwid, which retains ownership of its software, design, and functionalities. Your use of this site is also subject to Ecwid’s terms of service.
Unauthorized use of VolunTeens’ proprietary content (logos, text, images) is prohibited, and we reserve the right to take action against infringement.

Financial terms and conditions

For students :

- Registration is free for students

- A commission is deducted from the amount of the assignments carried out, directly before payment.

For organisers :

- Volunteens charges a fee per assignment completed.

- If an assignment is cancelled by the organiser or if a problem arises during the assignment, VolunTeens will assess the situation and propose a solution.

Engagements and responsibilities

For students : Serious commitment to the assignments accepted and compliance with instructions

For the organisers : provide accurate information on the proposed assignments (hours, remuneration, tasks) and keep legal working conditions

Cancellations

Must be notified in advance to Volunteens (48 hours before the event).

Data protection

VolunTeens complies with legislation and protects personal information. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time. The data collected is used solely for the purposes of the services offered. Further information may be found in our privacy policy.

Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue informally by contacting VolunTeens customer support.

Modification of the general terms and conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an announcement on the platform.
